Kathryn Jensen is the President and owner of Predictive Assessments LLC, formerly known as ProAssessment Source. Since 1990, Kathryn has combined her 25 plus years of senior- and executive-level experience in operations, sales, marketing and organizational development with an extensive educational background, to bring positive results to her clients. This combination of science and experience is what separates Predictive Assessments from other assessment and management consultancies. Simply put, Kathryn and her staff know first-hand the positive impact that applying proven scientific principles to organizational growth and change can have versus the ramifications that can occur when such decisions are left to chance.

Predictive Assessments has been fortunate to provide consulting services for both Fortune 100 and small businesses in legal, insurance, hospitality, timeshare, healthcare, high tech, and manufacturing, among others. Additionally, Kathryn has successfully partnered with both small- to mid-sized organizations, and highly entrepreneurial companies, to help them define and achieve their goals.
